Therapy: because group texts and passive-aggressive sighs aren’t communication

Family is where we’re supposed to learn how to love and communicate—but sometimes it’s just where we learn to tiptoe around each other. Whether you're dealing with conflict, unclear roles, or just want to feel more connected, therapy can help you name your values, set your boundaries, and actually talk to each other without it turning into the same old cycle.

Family therapy doesn’t have to mean everyone is in the room every time. Sometimes it’s two people. Sometimes it’s the whole crew. We can even invite specific family members into individual sessions from time to time, depending on what’s helpful! If you've ever thought about what it'd be like to actually explain yourself without the weight of history bearing down on you, and have this person who should know you best hear you, family therapy can be an option.
