When’s the last time your brain gave you a break? How would it feel to have a safe space to be completely unfiltered about what’s going on in your head and heart? Hi, I’m Shannon, and I’m your therapist.

What I do best is build rapport that becomes your biggest catalyst for real change. With humor, reflection, and psychopathology guiding us, we will uncover and challenge patterns of behavior and thinking — learning to rewrite and reframe any negative beliefs.

I want you to feel more confident and less anxious. I want your relationships with friends and family to improve, as the relationship with yourself becomes more compassionate. I want you to start living an intentional life that you love. I can’t wait to work with you!

Can we be honest? You're here because what you're doing isn't working anymore.

Something stand out? âž™

You feel like you’re just floating along day to day and you want some introspection, accountability, or grounding.

You feel restless; some days you’re so anxious and other days you’re so bored. You’re overwhelmed and underwhelmed.

Your family frustrates you and you want to understand why and what you can do.

You’re in your late teens, twenties or thirties.

You feel like you have no safe space (or you don’t know how) to really explore your thoughts and feelings so you choose to ignore them and carry on.

You are drowning in negative, limiting beliefs and pushing through has become exhausting.
