Being a teen is hard—like, actually hard. There's school pressure, social drama, identity questions, big feelings, family expectations, and the constant assumption that they'll "just deal with it." If your teen seems overwhelmed, withdrawn, or on edge, it’s not a sign of failure or petulance—it’s a sign they need a place outside their world to be heard.

Therapy gives teens a safe space to work through what’s really going on, learn how to manage emotions, and build confidence in who they are (and who they’re becoming). We’ll talk about things like stress, friendships, anxiety, family, and what it actually takes to be successful in the new roles they take on. It’s not about fixing them—it’s about giving them a place where they don’t have to pretend they’re fine.
