You’re technically an adult, but it doesn’t always feel like it. Between college stress, ever-changing friendships, and feeling weirdly lonely in a crowd, it’s a lot to navigate. Therapy is your space to figure out who you are and what you want, without the (loud) influence of everyone around you.
We’ll work through the big questions—like what does "being on your own" even mean to you? Why do friendships feel different now? Why am I still anxious when nothing is technically “wrong”? Therapy helps you move from surviving to actually knowing and trusting yourself—because I promise you, becoming your own person doesn’t have to feel so overwhelming.
