Helping you help them.
Supervision is a living process, one that shapes not only clinical skill but the ways counselors come to understand themselves, their clients, and the relational space between them. It requires structure and accountability, while also asking for curiosity, reflection, and engagement—and my supervision contract has been thoughtfully designed to hold it all.

My Approach
Supervision is more than case consultation. It's a space to build confidence, sharpen clinical thinking, and develop your voice as a therapist. My approach is relational, developmental, and grounded in narrative, person-centered, and psychodynamic perspectives. Together, we'll explore not only what you're doing in the room, but how you're making sense of your clients, your work, and yourself as a clinician.
Format
Supervision is offered either through an in-person group and a virtual group, each meeting for one hour. Groups provide opportunities for thoughtful discussion, collaborative learning, and exposure to a variety of clinical perspectives. Individual sessions are available as needed for additional support, case consultation, or higher-risk concerns. Whether in group or individual supervision, the goal remains the same: meaningful conversation that supports growth, confidence, and ethical practice.
Evaluation + Expectation
Supervision works best when everyone comes ready to engage. Supervisees are expected to participate actively, reflect honestly, and remain open to feedback and growth. Progress is supported through ongoing conversation, monthly self-reflection, and collaborative goal setting. Accurate supervision notes are maintained to track clinical development, document important discussions, and support ethical and responsible practice.
